ABOUT Sarah Beth
LOVE YOURSELF enough to tell yourself the TRUTH
For years, I believed that overcoming obstacles meant I had to push harder, be stronger, or become more disciplined. Like so many people, I thought the answer was more pressure, more criticism and less compassion. I spent years trying to overcome obstacles by attacking myself into becoming someone better.
What I eventually realized was this: lasting change doesn't come from self-rejection—it comes from self-love. The more I nurtured my inner self, the more resilient I became in the face of setbacks. And the more honestly I faced the hard truths in my life, the easier it became to move through them.
Hi, I’m Sarah Beth!
I help people cultivate self-love and personal freedom so they can overcome any obstacle, personally and professionally.
I grew up inside a very strict community construct. At every stage of my life—from childhood to marriage, from college to career—that construct became tighter and more limiting, until eventually, I felt like I had no voice at all. I later found myself in an abusive marriage, wondering how a grown, educated woman had slowly lost her sense of choice.
How did this happen? And more importantly… how would I get out? What followed was a journey that challenged everything I thought I knew about strength, success and what it truly means to be free.
Each step toward freedom required me to trust myself more than my fear.
The obstacles were both personal and professional—but what surprised me most was that every breakthrough required the same inner shift.
Over time, I discovered a practical framework rooted in self-love, self-trust and personal freedom. Before I could overcome what was happening around me, I had to learn how to work with what was happening within me—my nervous system, my self-talk, and my patterns.
Today, I teach those same five self-love shifts so others can overcome obstacles, trust themselves fully and create lasting change in both their personal and professional lives.
The path to freedom began the moment I stopped abandoning myself.
MY MOTTO IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE
“Lasting change doesn't come from self-rejection—
it comes from self-love”
